We’re drafting a Line Chef who will be an all-star player. You will keep the game flowing, set up big plays, and make sure every move is clean, fast, and on target.

Key Plays

- Get prepped and ready before the whistle blows
- Ensuring staff are allocated sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts, as well as managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.
- Run your station with precision
- Plate up like a boss
- Keep cool in the heat and push through the pressure
- Work side-by-side with your team to keep the play flowing

What you’ll bring





- Certificate III/IV or Diploma in a commercial cookery field, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle the heat and keep cool during game time.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- A team-first mentality with solid communication and energy
- Hard-working and vibrant Chefs to join our kitchen team at our Robina
