About the role

Compressor Systems is a well-established importer and distributor of rotary screw compressors and associated equipment, with operations in Perth and Melbourne. Due to growth, we're adding a Service Coordinator to our Perth team — working alongside our existing coordinator and reporting to our Service Coordinator Supervisor.

You'll be a key part of a small coordination team, keeping our service department running smoothly. A big part of the role is owning service runs from start to finish — contacting customers, scheduling technicians, ordering parts, and following through to invoicing. You'll also handle onboarding customers to service portals and keeping those accounts up to date.

What you'll be doing

- Manage service runs end-to-end — scheduling, parts, follow-through

- Prioritise and coordinate breakdown responses

- Onboard customers to service portals and manage portal accounts

- Answer calls and handle customer enquiries





- Quote servicing and ancillary equipment, follow up outstanding quotes

- Track workshop repairs — parts, customer updates, invoicing

- Invoice jobs via ServiceM8 and NetSuite

- Receive and allocate parts, manage returns and PO tray

- Send service reports and documentation to customers

- Maintain recurring job schedules, registers and inductions

What we’re looking for

- Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or trade admin role

- Able to manage jobs from initial contact through to invoicing without dropping the ball

- Confident communicator — phone, email, and face-to-face with customers and technicians

- Comfortable with customer portals, ERP and field service software (NetSuite or ServiceM8 experience a bonus)

- Organised, detail-oriented, and happy to work as part of a small team
