Talent Mining & Minerals is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised OEM specialising in slurry pumps, fluid handling and engineered wear solutions for the mining industry.

Reporting to the Australasian Sales Manager, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Pilbara to lead regional growth from Perth while managing a team across the Pilbara.

This is a leadership role focused on growing market share, developing strategic customer relationships, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering commercial results across Western Australia’s largest mining region.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven sales leadership experience within mining, industrial or engineering sectors
- Robust business development and key account management skills
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Existing relationships across the WA mining industry
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of pumps, slurry pumps, fluid handling or engineered products (highly regarded)
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Pilbara
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
