Member Support Consultant – Fitness First

As a Member Support Consultant (MSC) you are the heartbeat of each club, welcoming members, sparking motivation, building confidence and helping people take the first step toward a stronger, healthier life. Every day you will drive membership growth through proactive outreach, build lasting relationships with new and existing members, and create positive experiences that keep members engaged and motivated.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the club’s sales budget using promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and club tours to prospective members.
- Create outstanding member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Actively participate in member retention programmes and inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
- Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club‑based products that boost their results.

Requirements





- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Problem‑solving mindset – provide solutions that meet members’ needs.
- Excellent communication – inspire people to take action.
- Goal‑focused drive to excel and seek new ways to succeed.
- Team player – rally through challenges and celebrate successes.
- Customer‑focused – build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
