We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at our projects based in the Pilbara.
Supporting and assisting with all daily, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters.
Ensuring that the work conducted on site is in accordance to the company and client documented procedures.
Playing a key role in the implementation of Site Safety, Quality and Environmental plans.
Conducting on site audits and reporting to the TCD Management Team on outcomes and corrective actions (when applicable).
Demonstrating and promoting the Core Company Values and company culture to ensure Safety, Quality and Environmental performance.
At all times upholding a HSEQ presence based on respect not response. TCD employees shall respect and value the systems and the people delivering a HSEQ focused workplace and shall not just react to these people simply because they are on site.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil/construction HSEQ role
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety
- Certificate IV Trainer & Assessor – Essential
- Competent in all aspects of HSEQ policy and procedure management
- Knowledge and understanding of site-based risks and control
- Excellent communication, telephone and organisational skills
- Aptitude for working with various computer software systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
- A keen ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving within daily tasks
- Able to work accurately, methodically and neatly – Attention to detail is key
- Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
