Harry the hirer Productions is one of the most established event production businesses in the country, with a reputation built on outstanding service and cutting-edge technical solutions. We deliver audio, video, lighting and rigging to premium venues across Sydney, working in close partnership with venue operators and their clients.

This is a full-time opportunity for an energetic, client-focused individual to join our ILUMINA venue event productions team. You’ll take the lead in a dynamic CBD venue, with genuine scope for long-term growth across many disciplines of technical production in the events industry.

You will be working as our in-house venue representative in a brand-new premium venue and will own all elements of production within the venue. You will also have the opportunity to drive a pipeline of events in other areas of Sydney/NSW, depending on demand.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Developing quotes and creative solutions to meet client requirements.
- Initiating and converting new sales opportunities.
- Preparing detailed operational schedules incorporating critical timings and personnel involved.
- Conducting site inspections with clients.
- End-to-end event delivery on-site.
- Maximising new and existing business opportunities.
- Managing and growing client relationships,



and understanding the importance of these relationships.
- Assisting with general sales enquiries.

- Drivers licence and own vehicle.

Previous Client Management / Hospitality experience in the events industry or technical background would be preferred, but not essential.
