About The Role

The Senior Manager (Hospitals) sits at the intersection of portfolio ownership, product management, delivery leadership, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of Innovior’s Hospitals recurring revenue portfolio—spanning managed services offerings and "as-a-service" product models.

Operating within a matrix model, you will drive the roadmap and standardisation of our recurring Hospitals offerings, turning custom solutions into scalable, repeatable, and commercially sustainable product suites.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Portfolio Ownership: Own product definition, roadmap prioritization, delivery execution, support performance, and commercial outcomes for the Hospitals recurring portfolio.
- Commercial Performance & P&L;: Drive portfolio P&L; outcomes (gross margin, product margin, and cost-to-serve)



while optimizing pricing, service design, and standardisation.
- Productisation & Reuse: Lead the transformation of hospital solutions into repeatable offerings with defined feature sets, reducing customisation across clients.
- Deal Shaping & Growth: Partner with Account Executives to convert project work into recurring streams and shape commercially sound deals—with the authority to say no to excessive customisation that harms scalability.
- Matrix Leadership: Work across delivery, support, and sales functions to align resourcing, maintain service stability, and drive governance across the portfolio.

What We Are Looking For

- Senior Delivery & Commercial Expertise: Proven background in consulting, technology delivery, managed services, or recurring service environments.
- Matrix Leadership: Robust capability to drive cross-functional alignment and results without relying on direct line management authority.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated capability managing portfolio margins, cost-to-serve, and recurring revenue models.
- Pragmatic Decision-Maker: Comfortable setting boundaries on non-standard work, shaping sustainable offerings, and diving into hands-on support execution when required to ensure service continuity.
- Technical Experience: Technical experience with UiPath and Power Automate / Power Platform to enable understanding of the products, licencing, and architecture when making product decisions against a commercial backdrop

Location

This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
