What You’ll Do

As a Disability Support Worker, your role will be diverse, rewarding, and genuinely impactful. You will:

- Deliver person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
- Support household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Encourage independence through skill development and daily living activities.
- Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities.
- Promote social inclusion, community participation, and meaningful relationships.
- Monitor health and wellbeing and communicate concerns appropriately.




- Complete documentation and progress notes to support quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to supporting people with disability.
- Skilled communicators who can build trust and meaningful relationships.
- Adaptable and resourceful in meeting the changing needs of clients.
- Qualified or willing to complete disability support training, including medication administration.
- Experienced in disability support (qualified or personal experience valued).
- Peak day time availability

The Role

This position offers casual and permanent part-time opportunities with the potential for regular ongoing hours. Team members are required to be available across a structured 24/7 roster to meet the needs of our clients.

Mandatory Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or related qualification (or currently studying).
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care principles and NDIS quality standards.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation and progress notes in line with organisational and NDIS requirements.
- Current driver's licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
- Smartphone for rostering and documentation requirements.
