As a Witchery Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concessions it to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a safe, high functioning work place.

How You Will Contribute

- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract,engageandretaintalent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your concessionstore and the Group
- Activelymaintaina safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
- Build andmaintaineffective relationships with key stakeholdersand concession partners, floor managers
- Role modelCountry Road Group (CRG)cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning,ownershipand shared success
