gforce Employment and Recruitment is a Not-for-Profit social trader employing 100s of apprentices and trainees across Victoria.
We are currently taking expressions of interest for motivated individuals to commence a full-time Certificate III in Business traineeship. These roles offer the chance to work with a supportive host organisation that operates across Victoria and is looking for a committed individual with an understanding of client needs and to deliver effective, tailored solutions to help achieve their goals.

The Role:
- Answer calls and emails promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinating meeting room resources
- Supporting Hosts with Professional Development
- Ensuring reception and client facing areas are always welcoming
- Other general administration tasks as required
- Culture, Teamwork and Communication
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

What to expect:
You will be required to work a 38-hour week (including TAFE training). As a trainee of gforce you will be a valued member of our friendly and supportive staff, while receiving award wages and on-the-job training. Like all our staff, you will be encouraged to develop a long-term career and commitment to successfully complete your traineeship.
