As Sales & Services Administrator (m/f/d) you will be an integral part of the ANZ Sales and Customer Success Teams, liaising with our Australia and New Zealand customers and our internal suppliers to process sales and RMA orders. This will primarily involve handling inbound and outbound customer orders for both sales & service, as well as supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining our CRM and ERP systems.

Your Responsibilities

- You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and responsive sales and operational support.
- You process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- You manage RMA and spare parts orders and coordinate the necessary follow-up actions with customers and suppliers.
- You generate and process supplier orders with Riedel HQ and third-party vendors to support timely product delivery.
- You ensure a high level of data quality within our ERP (MYOB).
- You assist the Operations Manager and wider team with operational and administrative activities as required.

THATS YOU





- Experience in a sales support, customer service, operations, or administrative role, ideally within the IT, broadcast, events, technology, or hardware distribution industry
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems, ideally MYOB or comparable platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill
- Technical and business aptitude with the ability to learn product portfolios and operational processes quickly
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented personality with a friendly and engaging approach
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
