Primary Objective:
Provide strategic leadership for the Design and Technical Services branch, centralising architectural, engineering, and asset management expertise to support government infrastructure delivery and maintenance across the Northern Territory.
Set transparent technical direction, strengthen governance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Lead core functions including asset data governance, skilled consultancy, design enabling construction, and strategic ICT modernisation.
Actively engage in key committees to ensure branch services are aligned with strategic outcomes.
Ensure all services are delivered on time, within budget, and to contemporary, fit-for-purpose standards.
An Executive contract for up to 4 years may be offered.
