Landscape Construction Assistant — High-End Residential Landscape Construction | Balcatta Office
This isn't mow-and-blow landscaping, and it isn't a dead-end labouring job.
You'll be building award-calibre gardens designed by Perth's top landscape architects — the kind of projects that end up in magazines, not just backyards — while learning high-end construction techniques with a genuine pathway to progress within the business.

We're a Perth landscape construction company based in Balcatta, servicing the Perth metro area from our depot, and we're looking for a full time Landscape Assistant to join our dedicated crew.
What you'll be doing
Hard and soft landscape construction on high-end residential projects (construction, not maintenance)
Reading and working from landscape construction plans, site levels and contours
Operating hand-held and mechanical equipment
Working as part of a tight crew, or unsupervised when needed, always to industry safety standards
What you'll need
Clean, valid WA driver's licence
Current construction white card
Solid construction skills and equipment experience
Physical fitness — this is a hands-on role with heavy lifting, working outdoors in all conditions (sun, heat and rain)
Bonus points for
Cert II or III in Horticulture
MR/HR truck licence
Machinery experience (Kanga, Dingo, excavator)
Previous horticulture industry experience
The details
Full time, Monday to Friday.
Above-award rates depending on experience.
