Room Leader
to inspire your team, deliver high-quality educational programs, and create a warm, engaging workplace where children aged
6 weeks to 6 years
can thrive.

Your Role
As our Room Leader, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire your team of educators
Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
Maintain high standards in line with the NQS and National Regulations
Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community




Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Use dedicated programming time to plan, document and reflect on children's learning
About You
You'll bring:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Previous experience leading a nursery room
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
Full Australian working rights
Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for supporting children, families and fellow educators
