Laser Cutting and Press Brake Operator

About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating our laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components safely, efficiently, and accurately.
You'll work closely with our production team to ensure jobs are completed on time while maintaining our high standards of quality.
Your Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Laser Cutting machines and Press Brake.
Load and unload materials safely.
Read and interpret job sheets and technical drawings.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Report any machine faults or production issues.
Work safely and follow company procedures at all times.
Assist with other production tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery or similar CNC equipment is preferred but not essential.
Trained Forklift operation essential.




Strong attention to detail.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
