We're looking for a passionate, bubbly and proactive person who has very strong administration and customer service skills to join our close knit Bookings team of 3.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Use of our Knight Health Hub to facilitate client and candidate bookings.
Attend to phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide high quality, confidential administrative services to clients.
Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
Liaise with clients/candidates in a skilled and courteous manner.




Liaise with clinical staff and health professionals in a skilled manner.
Maintain client/candidate files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Be actively engaged in the success of the KH business and provide solutions and ideas on different processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working in reception/administration
Experience within the occupational health industry is highly desirable
Proficient computer literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Positive can-do attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
