Business Development Manager
to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business prospects, and helping customers find the right products and solutions.
You'll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing trade customers across the construction industry.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and securing new business prospects
Building long-term relationships with builders, tilers, contractors and trade customers
Managing existing customer accounts
Providing product advice and tailored solutions
Preparing quotations and following up sales prospects
Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
Managing warehouse product sales and stock promotions
Achieving sales targets and business KPIs
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (construction industry preferred)
Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Current driver's licence
