Role

As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for a Manager to Lead our team at Subway Gold Coast University Hospital

Responsibilities

- Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program




- Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules.
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective guests to promote sales
- Maintain business records

Skills required

- Experience in hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
