Minerals 260 | Bullabulling Gold Project

Minerals 260 (ASX: MI6) is developing one of Australia’s next major gold operations — the Bullabulling Gold Project. The Bullabulling Gold Project is a large scale, open-pit gold development project located 65km west of Kalgoorlie in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Document Controller is responsible for managing, organising and maintaining project documentation for the Bullabulling Gold Project through early works, construction and the transition toward operations. The role must ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports efficient information flow across the project team, contracting partners and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Document Management

- Maintain the project’s document control system (Aconex) in line with project procedures.

- Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, transmittals and vendor data.

- Ensure all documents meet company formatting, naming conventions and metadata requirements.

Quality & Compliance

- Perform quality checks to ensure documents are complete, accurate and compliant with company standards.

- Manage revision control and ensure superseded documents are archived appropriately.

- Support audits by maintaining clear and traceable document histories.

Coordination & Communication

- Liaise with corporate, engineering, procurement,



construction and contractor teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.

- Coordinate document workflows, review cycles and approval processes.

- Provide guidance and training to company and contracting partner workers on document control procedures and system use.

Reporting & Tracking

- Generate document status reports, overdue reports and workflow dashboards for project leadership.

- Monitor vendor data deliverables against the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and ensure timely close‑out of documentation packages.

Project Close‑Out

- Compile and deliver final data books, as‑built documentation and handover packages to operations.

- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with operational requirements.

You bring:

- Proficiency with Aconex document management system in a resources or infrastructure project environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
