Rick's Garage in the Sunshine Coast is hiring a Production Chef to own our production engine and lead food delivery across our expanding events and functions program.

You'll run all back-of-house production, write par sheets, train the prep team, and ensure every service hits the line consistently, abundantly and on‑spec while shaping menus for corporate events, private dining and venue functions.
