We're looking for a
Maintenance Administrator
to create a seamless experience for homeowners during their first year in their recent AVIA home.
As the organisational backbone of our Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring requests are handled efficiently, communication stays explicit and every customer feels supported throughout their warranty journey.
If you're someone who loves staying one step ahead and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll feel at home in this role.

What you'll be doing
Managing maintenance and warranty requests from homeowners
Scheduling appointments with customers, trades and suppliers
Maintaining accurate records, files and documentation across company systems
Raising purchase orders,



work orders and warranty documentation
Tracking open jobs and following up outstanding actions through to completion
What you bring
Administration, coordination or customer service experience
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
The ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
