About the role
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our installation teams and ensure every Rhino Rail system is installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Australian Standards and company requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with builders, clients, and installation crews to deliver high-quality height safety solutions.
Key responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements
Complete material take-offs and quantify project requirements
Ensure installations are compliant, defect-free, and completed to a high standard
Liaise with builders, site supervisors, and clients
Ensure SWMS and all required safety documentation are completed




Conduct QA inspections and project sign-offs
Assist with installations when required
Mentor, support, and lead installation teams
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous construction or height safety systems experience
Current White Card
Current driver's licence
Working at Heights qualification (preferred)
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
