Job Description
Efficient Recruitment Pty Ltd Kuzu Izakaya is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team.
The successful applicant will prepare and cook high-quality Japanese cuisine while maintaining food safety and kitchen standards.

Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage stock, ordering and minimise food wastage.




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Qualification & experience Relevant qualification and/or at least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Chef.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques is plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good organisational and communication skills.
