Join our growing Perth Building Services team and help deliver some of Western Australia's most exciting and complex projects across the defence, healthcare, commercial, aviation and transport sectors.
As a BIM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving digital delivery excellence, coordinating multidisciplinary building services models and supporting project teams from concept design through to construction.
Working alongside industry-leading engineers and designers, you'll contribute to major projects that shape critical infrastructure, hospitals, airports, workplaces and defence facilities across Australia.
The Role
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection disciplinesManage model federation, clash detection and coordination reviewsSupport project teams with BIM execution plans and digital delivery standardsMaintain model quality, compliance and documentation throughout project deliveryCollaborate with engineers,



architects and external stakeholders to resolve coordination challengesDrive continuous improvement of BIM workflows, tools and best practices
About You
Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Technician or similar within Building ServicesAdvanced Revit and Navisworks skillsExperience coordinating multidisciplinary building services modelsFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work across multiple projects and disciplines simultaneously
