This role involves operating well-maintained, modern equipment for Hay Processing, raking, baling, or chopping. We focus heavily on putting away top-quality feed, which means we need people who understand moisture levels and bale density, and who will handle daily greasing and pre-start checks to keep downtime to a minimum. - Ability to communicate, support, and respect the team
- Proven experience in Laboring
- Forklift Ticket - Advantage
- Maintenance: Perform daily pre-start checks, greasing, and basic field repairs to minimise downtime.
