We are seeking an
New and Used Vehicle Sales Manager
.
This is a hands-on leadership role driving showroom performance.
You will play a key role in leading by example, supporting the sales team, and ensuring consistent standards across customer experience, compliance, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve solid vehicle sales results
Managing the new vehicle sales team
Assist with deal structuring, approvals, and finance coordination
Support lead management, follow-up standards, and CRM compliance
Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
Skills & Experience
Current experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or Consultant
Proven track record of consistent sales performance
Strong desire to progress into sales leadership and management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance
