They are a leader in their industry and have recently been award numerous subdivision project across the region with project values varying from $1M - $30M.The RoleAs an experienced civil construction qualified you will take the lead role in the coordination of all aspects of the project including management of personnel and subcontractors, safety,



quality and liaising with the client during the delivery of your project.ResponsibilitiesYou will report to a Senior Project ManagerResponsible for the financial, safety, supervision of staff and sub-contractors as well as managing the client relationship.Planning and weekly programmingKnowledge of environmental and safety systems.Skills and ExperienceA bachelor in Civil Engineering or EquivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience delivering high quality projects - specifically within Excavation and SubdivisionA sound knowledge of contractual requirementsAn ability to mentor engineers.CultureIn this role you can expect to be paid a lucrative salary package.
