This is more than a support role, it's about leading with care.
You'll provide hands-on support to people of all ages and abilities, while guiding your team to deliver secure, person-centred care.
Think of yourself as the
team captain
mentoring others, keeping plans on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Around
80% of your time
will be direct support, with the rest focused on admin and leading others.
This is a permanent part time position and the successful candidate will need to have the ability to work within service operating hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm, working across a 7-day roster as required.
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns is a must too!
What You'll Do:
Support people with daily living and community activities
Work with families and health specialists
Keep plans and records accurate
What You Need:
Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health (or working towards)
Availability to work across a 7-day roster as required,
with flexibility on weekends and varying shift patterns
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle
