Job Overview:
The Pack Wrapper plays a crucial role in supporting the Packing and Wrapping Supervisor by ensuring the efficient and high-quality wrapping and packaging of cheese products.
This position involves hands-on work, adherence to food safety standards, and team collaboration to maintain a productive and positive work workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging and Wrapping:
Assist in the hands-on wrapping, packing, marinating, and other cheese packaging processes.
Ensure all packaging meets the company's quality and safety standards.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow WCW Good Cheese Making Practices, HACCP Food Safety Plan as outlined in the SOPs, and all company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of wrapping materials and consumables.
Notify the supervisor when reorders are needed to ensure continuous production.
Data Recording and Reporting:
Accurately record wrapping data, batch codes, and other relevant information.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.




Hygiene and Safety:
Have a strong commitment to personal hygiene practices to keep our products secure.
Ensure that you follow documented hygiene procedures and safe working practices.
Communication and Team Culture:
Maintain open communication with the production and dispatch teams to ensure factory-wide cooperation.
Foster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration and sharing ideas.
Meetings and Reviews:
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and team dynamics.
Take part in annual staff reviews and provide feedback on team performance.
