Are you a Psychologist passionate about working with children and young people?
I am currently partnering with a well-established paediatric therapy provider in Sydney's Hills District that has been operating successfully for over 18 years. Due to continued growth, they are now expanding their services and launching a dedicated Psychology stream within their multidisciplinary team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected clinic that values structure, support, and genuine work-life balance.
? The Role
You will work with clients aged 0–25 years across:
Clinic-based therapy
Community-based therapy
The clinic has a solid referral base and a highly supportive team environment, currently consisting of psychologists and 12 Occupational Therapists. You will be instrumental in helping shape and grow the psychology offering within the practice.

This clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday — a structure their team genuinely values.
Working Hours:
Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
Sunday: Off
Monday:



Off
Having Sunday and Monday off provides extended downtime and flexibility, while Saturday is a shorter, calmer clinical day. The structure is intentional and designed to support both therapist wellbeing and accessibility for families.

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
