A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience is required as a hairdresser with either a Certificate III or Certificate IV in hairdressing.
Description of duties




•Cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling wigs and hairpieces as needed per client requests
•Offering guidance on hair care, beard care, beauty products, and suitable hairstyles
•Cutting hair using multiple tools like - scissors, clippers, and razors as required
•Maintaining cleanliness in work areas for clients and sanitizing all tools used
•Styling hair and wigs into dreadlocks, braids, and adding hair extensions
•Shampooing hair and conditioning scalps for both men and women
•Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches as per client requests
•Scheduling appointments and handling payments from clients and other stakeholders
•Applying chemical treatments for hair colouring, permanent straightening, and permanent waving
•Clean work areas and ensure all surfaces and products are up to sanitary standards
•Schedule appointments, manage calendar activity and collect payments.
