Industry Kitchens is a commercial kitchen equipment supplier based in Lilydale, less than 20 minutes from Ringwood.
Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a full‐time team member available to work Monday‐Friday 9am to 5pm onsite at our office/warehouse. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email to customers and suppliers in a prompt and skilled manner. *this position is a non customer facing role
The ability to work closely with the team and support the sales team and management where required.




Able to multitask and work efficiently in what can be a rapid paced workplace
Must have at least 2 years experience in similar office based role
Your role will include but is not limited to answering phones and directing calls, assisting customers via phone and email, inbound emails from suppliers and customers, keeping notes in our systems up to date.
Remuneration will be based on experience, we will offer an attractive salary to the right candidate. Immediate start available.
