Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily site operations.
Lead large-scale recent build school construction.
Coordinate and manage all onsite subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Maintain rigorous WHS and site compliance.
Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
Conduct regular architectural quality inspections.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in commercial new builds.
Prior school infrastructure experience highly regarded.
Strong leadership of multi-trade work fronts.
Solid understanding of Australian Building Standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of BCA and WHS.
Ability to start immediately in Cardup.
Current Australian work rights.
