Role summary
An opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing qualified services organisation in a key finance position. Reporting to a commercially focused leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, delivering meaningful reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
This role suits a technically strong, commercially minded accountant who enjoys both ownership and influence.
About the role
Lead the end-to-end month-end process,



including preparation of financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare timely and insightful management reports for senior stakeholder
Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including detailed variance analysis
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements
Skills & experience
CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
