About the Role
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the kitchen.
You will play a key role in evolving the menu, maintaining quality and consistency, and building a strong, qualified team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute
seasonal menus
with a focus on Southeast Asian flavours
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Manage
food cost control
, budgeting, and kitchen efficiencies
Oversee ordering and supplier relationships, ensuring quality produce
Maintain high standards of
consistency, presentation, and service
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards
Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
Proven experience as a
Head Chef or Executive Chef
in a high-volume environment
Strong background and genuine passion for
Southeast Asian cuisine
Demonstrated experience in
staff management and team leadership
Excellent understanding of
cost control, margins, and kitchen systems
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands-on leader who leads by example
