This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll play an integral part in keeping project administration, documentation, safety, and compliance running smoothly.This prospect is ideal for someone with previous experience in civil construction who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and project teamMaintain project documentation, registers, drawings, specifications, and RFIsPrepare daily site reports, progress updates, weather logs, and equipment recordsAssist with document control, quality records, inspections, and defect reportingTrack material deliveries and maintain accurate site recordsSupport site safety and compliance by maintaining documentation, inductions,
