What you'll need to succeed
As an EBP Applications Functional Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Enterprise Business Platform (EBP). The role focuses on analysing business processes and translating requirements into functional designs to support the organisation's rates management system.Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with SMEs and business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
Translating requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs
Acting as a liaison between business users, developers, and technical teams
Supporting solution design and enhancement of Oracle-based enterprise applications
Producing and maintaining high-quality documentation, workflows, and system artefacts
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation
Working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Ensuring compliance with governance, security, and enterprise standards
What you'll get in return
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Applications Functional Analyst
Solid capability in developing requirements, functional specifications, and design documentation
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and stored procedures
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving ability

Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments
Understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or equivalent experience
