About your current employer:
Our client is a specialist litigation firm with a particular focus on large and complex class actions.
The firm has acted in some of Australia's most significant litigation, representing individuals, consumers, shareholders and communities in proceedings against major corporations and government bodies.
About the role:
Working alongside senior practitioners, you will contribute to complex class actions and large-scale litigation from initial investigation through to trial, appeal and resolution. Your responsibilities may include:
Conducting detailed legal and factual research.
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence.
Managing discovery and large volumes of evidence.
Preparing briefs and liaising with counsel, experts and witnesses.
Investigating potential claims and assessing legal causes of action.
Communicating with clients and class members.




Supporting the strategic management of complex litigation.
The ideal candidate:
Have at least
3+ PQE
gained within a respected litigation, commercial disputes or class actions practice.
Robust legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and sound professional judgement.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
