As a Lead Interaction Designer (UX / UI), you will:
Lead and work collaboratively on user research activities and developing design solutions.




Ability to understand the Department's Policy setting and apply to project outcomes, digital solutions and the desired user experience.
Provide expert and timely advice to ensure high design standards and provide design guidance and solutions throughout the project lifecycle to support the Departments user needs.
Model, simulate or prototype the behaviour of proposed software to enable approval by stakeholders and effective construction of software.
Plan and drive user experience design activities, and determine the approaches to be used for user experience analysis.
Ensuring solutions that you produce comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and Digital Transformation Agency recommendations.
