We are seeking a dynamic and energetic
Part time Front Office All-Rounder
to join our busy and vibrant Front Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills across all aspects of Front Office operations.
Job Description
Deliver outstanding service by promptly and courteously assisting guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Handle all incoming calls in a skilled manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Accurately manage guest and hotel accounts,



ensuring timely and correct posting of charges.
Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient Front Office operations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
A positive, friendly attitude with a robust team spirit.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
