Position Descriptor: Bowden Brompton Community School (BBCS) Little Para Campus (Salisbury North), is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Middle Years (Years 6-9) with a robust understanding of trauma-informed practices. We are looking for an exceptional educator to join our innovative and engaging team, where you will teach small groups of 1 to 10 students from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to relational teaching and self-reflection, as well as strong teamwork with colleagues. Our strategic priorities include a focus on metacognition and self-regulation. Key responsibilities include teaching literacy, numeracy and life skills, managing a pastoral care group, liaising with various agencies, communicating with families,



and contributing to community-based outreach learning programs.
