ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking to grow our Sales and Operations team with the addition of a Sales Engineer. Our business is growing, and we need someone with the skills and motivation to support our next chapters.

This role would be ideally suited to a graduate/tertiary qualified engineering student with a trade background or experience selling industrial products.

As a Sales Engineer, you will:

- Execute sales strategies for engineered fasteners, custom bolts, and specialty fastening solutions;
- Work with customers in our target to understand their needs on a technical level and deliver tailored solutions;
- Grow revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion;
- Assist in forecasting demand based on project pipelines and industry trends;




- Support processes to set pricing strategies aligned with material costs, manufacturing complexity, and competition.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

- Wants to learn the ins and outs of our business to grow with us
- Is mechanically minded and a problem-solver
- Can confidently read engineering drawings/specifications
- Knows how to sell to a diverse customer base
- Enjoys building professional relationships
- Possesses an Engineering Degree/Trade Certificate (or similar)
- Holds a current Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of:
- Fastener standards
- Materials and coatings
- Sales Engineer experience, preferably in a related industry

This is a great prospect for someone to shape their Sales Engineering career within a rapidly growing fastener business, supplying nationally and overseas to the mining, earthmoving equipment and heavy industrial industries.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Police Check and complete a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
