Urban Utilities is seeking an experienced RTA Compliance and Optimisation Specialist for a two-year max term contract. You will lead rostering compliance, design roster templates, and work with Operations, Payroll, and Technology to ensure accurate data and compliant work practices.
You will interpret enterprise agreements and awards, improve workforce planning, and deliver testing and release activities for reliable systems. Collaboration across teams is critical to success.
