Permanent opportunity offering $90,000–$120,000 per annum + super, working Monday to Friday with an immediate start available.

Based in Willetton, WA, supporting the scheduling and coordination of residential and commercial construction projects.

Our client is a well-established Western Australian construction business specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality wall and ceiling systems for residential and commercial projects. They have built a robust reputation for delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and reliable project delivery through a collaborative team of experienced professionals and subcontractors.

About the Position

As the Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules to ensure construction projects progress efficiently. Working closely with builders, customers and contractors, you will oversee scheduling activities, maintain project documentation and proactively manage timelines while supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and allocate subcontractors across multiple residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with builders, customers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.




- Interpret construction plans and understand project scopes to effectively schedule works.
- Plan and manage project workflows, timelines and upcoming works.
- Generate work purchase orders and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates and assist in resolving scheduling issues or delays.
- Coordinate specialist trades, building services and architectural features throughout project delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Experience Required

- Previous scheduler experience is essential.
- Previous experience in project scheduling, coordination or administration within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and scope of works.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work proactively and independently.
