A well-established, full-service firm is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their growing accounting team in either their Gympie (head office), Cooroy or Noosa location! This is a client-facing role where you’ll learn to manage your own portfolio, provide end-to-end accounting, taxation, and advisory services, and collaborate closely with bookkeeping, administration, and financial planning teams.

ROLE
- Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
- Provide taxation, SMSF compliance, and business advisory support
- Conduct client meetings and build strong relationships
- Contribute to process improvements, systems upgrades, and technology adoption
YOU
- 2+ years' experience working in an Australian public practice firm as an accountant
- CA / CPA (or equivalent)
- Comfortable managing clients independently
- Previous experience using Xero software is desirable
- Proactive, self-starter, and interested in technology, automation, and AI solutions
