The Role

As a Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your venue, leading, inspiring, and driving a team that's passionate with creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You'll report to the Directors and lead your venue through every stage of the Guest Journey, from arrival to farewell, making sure every moment counts.

- Manage the essentials – Keep rosters, performance, stock, and service standards running like clockwork
- Own the numbers – Track budgets, reporting, and ordering to keep the venue profitable and efficient
- Champion safety and compliance – Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

About You

You're a natural leader with drive, passion, and personality. You lead with honesty, thrive on teamwork, and are guest obsessed in everything you do.

What you're bringing to the party

- Proven 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
- A hands on leadership style – you're on the floor, not behind a desk
- Strong arcade operations knowledge (bonus)
- Confidence with rosters, budgets, reporting, and stock control
- A calm, solution focused approach under pressure
- A passion for culture building and team development
- Flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
