The Role
The Production Manager will manage a team of 6, overseeing daily production operations to achieve targets, optimise resources, uphold quality standards, ensure workplace safety, lead and develop a cohesive team, and maintain explicit communication and reporting for continuous improvement.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring transparent communication of expectations and responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during the production process




Reporting and documenting various ad hoc reports
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets
Monitor workflow and ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment.
Skills & Experience
CNC Machine background is a bonus
Proactive and Solution-oriented mindset
Hands-on
Strong Communication
Practical person with common sense.
