is looking for an experienced and dedicated
Chefs
who are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a skilled and hardworking team.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
2 + years of proven kitchen experience in a rapid paced, high volume workplace
Prepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standard
A relevant Diploma qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience
Experience cooking over a char-grill essential
Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service




Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays. A full time contract available at $70,000-$85,000 plus superannuation per annum.
