About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. You'll help participants build independence, achieve their goals, and live a outstanding life in their home and community.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care, daily living support, and community access assistance
Supporting participants to build skills and independence in line with their individual support plans
Assisting with domestic tasks,



meal preparation, and household routines
Documenting shift notes, incidents, and progress accurately using ShiftCare
Working collaboratively with a small team and Team Leader to ensure consistent, quality support
Following individual behaviour support plans, risk assessments, and health/safety procedures
About You
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field (or working towards)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Valid SA driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
Availability to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
Experience in SIL or complex support highly regarded but not essential - full training provided
