The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Finance and Accounts Officer
to join our team. This full time role offers the chance to work in a agile environment where your contributions will directly support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero software.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.




Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Support the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
Generate and create client invoices
What You'll Bring
More than 1 year of experience in finance and accounts.
Proficiency in Xero software is highly favourable
Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the aged care or not-for-profit sector is highly favourable.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
A current police check or willingness to obtain one.
